Specialized Tours And Recreation (STAR) is a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to providing accessible travel and recreational opportunities to adults with developmental disabilities that live in the North Bay.

We rely on our generous volunteers and financial donors to enable travelers of all economic backgrounds access to these enriching experiences. We believe that through these experiences we can shape our view of the world, and shape our world’s view of us.
